Texas Local Business Leads (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates the website at texaslocalbusinessleads.online and provides a no-code service for retrieving public Google Maps business-listing data and delivering it as a CSV file or a Google Sheet. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

  • Account information. When you sign in, our authentication provider (Clerk) gives us your name and email address so we can create and identify your account.
  • Search inputs. The keyword, location, data type, and record limit you enter to run a job, and the resulting record counts.
  • Google account data. If you choose to deliver results to Google Sheets, you authorize us through Google OAuth. We receive a token that lets us create and write to the specific spreadsheet file we generate for you.
  • Payment information. Purchases are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details; we store only a Stripe customer reference and a record of credits granted.

How we use Google user data

When you connect your Google account, we request the following scopes and use them only as described:

  • .../auth/spreadsheets — to create one new spreadsheet per export and write the business-listing rows and header formatting you requested into it. We do not read, modify, or access any of your other spreadsheets.
  • .../auth/drive.file — a per-file scope that limits our access to only the spreadsheet files this app creates. We cannot list, read, or touch any other file in your Google Drive.

We use this access only at the moment you ask us to deliver results to Google Sheets. We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not use it to train machine-learning or AI models.

Google API Services — Limited Use disclosure

Texas Local Business Leads’ use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How we store and protect data

  • Account, job, and billing records are stored in our database (Supabase, hosted in the United States).
  • Your Google OAuth refresh token, if you connect Google Sheets, is encrypted at rest.
  • You can revoke our access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account permissions page.

Service providers

We share data only with the providers needed to run the service: Clerk (authentication), Supabase (database), Stripe (payments), Apify (Google Maps data extraction), Google (Sheets delivery), and Vercel (hosting). We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Data retention and deletion

We keep account and job data while your account is active. To delete your account and associated data, or to request a copy of your data, email us at the address below and we will process the request.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
